Go green (so you can eat more eggs)


Ahhh...Easter Monday.  If you're anything like us, you may possibly be suffering from a slight sugar/champagne/too much food hangover.
After your well deserved sleep in, we recommend this delightfully refreshing smoothie to make you feel all wonderful and healthy again, and possibly leave room to sneak in some more easter eggs (it is TECHNICALLY still Easter right?)

 

Add the following into a blender, blitz and enjoy!

  • 2 dates - pitted
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 small avocado
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 small bananas
  • If protein is your thing, add in a scoop of a vanilla flavoured one!
