RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Bootylicious Bathers accepts exchanges and refunds on all our pieces.
We only ask that the items are in full resalable conditions:
Each piece must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal in pants
Item/s must not have been worn, washed, damaged or changed in any way.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange. In Full saleable condition
For a refund, the full set must be returned (top and bottom). In Full saleable condition
Refunds will not be issued for a partial return of a top or bottom
WHAT IS RESALABLE CONDITION?
Item must not be worn or washed.
All tags still attached
Hygiene seal not removed from the pant
Item/s not changed or altered in any way
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Bootylicious Bathers for an exchange of refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.
ORGANISING AND SENDING A RETURN
EASY! Simply email us at email@example.com so we can personally assist you in returning your item
Please note: we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We strongly recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of your tracking details
CHANGE OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you change your mind prior to your order being dispatched, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist in cancelling your order
Make sure to let us know your order number and details so we can process it as fast as possible
If your order has already been dispatched you will have to follow our returns and exchange policy
PROCESSING AN EXCHANGE / REFUND.
Once we receive your bikini we ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number
If you're refunding, we will refund you through PayPal (the same method you used to pay), and email you once complete
We have a flat rate of $14.50 AUD world wide shipping
RECEIVING MY BATHERS
Orders will be sent with DHL and are usually delivered within 5-8 working days
If there is a delay on recieveing your bathers, please contact DHL with your tracking number.
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched
If you do not receive one, please email email@example.com
All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours
Please make sure a street address is supplied as DHL will not send to a PO box.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Bootylicious does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. As there charges can vary according to the country we cannot advise you of any costings or charges.
